Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for freshers looking to kick-start their CRM career as well as experienced professionals who want to deepen their expertise in Salesforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, customizing, and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our business operations and drive efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Administration & User Management
- Maintain and configure Salesforce CRM in alignment with business requirements.
- Create and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Provide onboarding, training, and day-to-day support to Salesforce users.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolutions.
2. Workflow Automation & Customization
- Design and implement custom workflows, process builders, validation rules, and flows.
- Customize standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
- Integrate third-party applications and tools within the Salesforce environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customization needs.
3. Data Management & Security
- Maintain data quality through deduplication, cleansing, and standardization.
- Manage data imports, exports, and backups using tools like Data Loader.
- Ensure Salesforce data and access security is in compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for various departments.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Support sales, marketing, and service teams with data visualization and trend analysis.
5. System Upgrades & Maintenance
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Test and implement new updates and third-party applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Collaborate with Salesforce support or consultants when needed.
Required Experience
- Freshers: Basic knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Experienced (1–3+ years): Proven experience in Salesforce administration is preferred.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Builder, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Apex (preferred).
- Familiarity with data migration tools such as Data Loader, Dataloader.io, or Workbench.
- Basic understanding of SOQL, API integrations, and system architecture.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Other Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates from other educational backgrounds with Salesforce knowledge are also welcome.
