Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee logistics and distribution. The right candidate will have an excellent problem-solving mindset and rigorous attention to detail, staying organized as they manage a large network of suppliers and distributors. They will have a deep understanding of the supply chain and related tools that streamline transportation and inventory maintenance. We also want a strong communicator with a desire for innovation and transformation.

Objectives of this Role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory to prevent shortages and overstocking.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
  • Prepare reports on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including vendors, logistics teams, and internal departments.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety and compliance standards across supply chain operations.

Salary & Benefits

  • Entry-Level (Fresher): $50,000–$65,000 per year
  • Experienced (1-3+ years): $65,000–$90,000 per year
  • Senior-Level (5+ years): $90,000–$120,000 per year
