About the Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, ensuring our systems run smoothly and users receive fast, effective technical support. This role is critical to our operational success and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and networking issues
  • Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Google Workspace accounts
  • Support remote work environments via VPN, RDP, and collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, and Slack
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, and peripheral devices
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
  • Perform routine system monitoring, data backups, and antivirus updates
  • Document support issues and resolutions in the IT ticketing system
  • Collaborate with system administrators and DevOps for escalated issues
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees with appropriate access and equipment

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in an IT support/helpdesk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
  • Experience with Office 365, Exchange, Azure AD, Google Admin Console
  • Familiarity with basic networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco, or Google IT Support) are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
