We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing telehealth team. This is a remote position that offers flexibility while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across various clinical specialties, depending on your background.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable using digital health tools to manage patient care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care to patients via telehealth platforms.
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions in accordance with evidence-based guidelines.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
  • Prescribe medications and coordinate care plans as needed.
  • Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, specialists, and case managers.
  • Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the EHR system.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal telehealth regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure preferred).
  • Board certification (FNP, AGNP, PMHNP, etc.) from an accredited body (AANP, ANCC).
  • 2–7+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant specialty.
  • Experience in telehealth or remote care delivery is a plus.
  • Proficient in EHR systems and digital communication tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensure in multiple states or ability to obtain additional state licenses.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Prior experience in primary care, urgent care, behavioral health, women’s health, or chronic disease management.
