Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Medical and Health Services Manager to oversee healthcare operations and support service delivery in a remote environment. This role involves managing clinical programs, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing healthcare processes to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a background in healthcare administration, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality care in a digital or hybrid care model.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate medical and health services across remote or distributed care teams.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and accreditation standards.
  • Oversee clinical workflows, patient care operations, and administrative procedures.
  • Analyze data to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership, providers, and support staff to maintain high standards of care.
  • Recruit, train, and manage healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
  • Implement and manage electronic health records (EHR) and health information systems.
  • Monitor budgets, billing processes, and resource allocation.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive patient satisfaction programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 2–7+ years of experience in healthcare management, health services administration, or a related leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission).
  • Experience with EHR systems and healthcare IT tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive operational improvements.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage teams in a remote or hybrid setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (e.g., MHA, MPH, MBA with a healthcare focus).
  • Experience with telehealth, digital health platforms, or remote healthcare delivery.
  • Certification in healthcare management (e.g., FACHE, CPHIMS, PMP).
  • Familiarity with quality metrics such as HEDIS, NCQA, or value-based care models.
