We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, organizing, and maintaining inventory, ensuring that all products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and teamwork to maintain smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of materials or products.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (if certified).
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
• Label, tag, and properly store products following company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Report any damaged, missing, or defective items to supervisors.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required.
• Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory role preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25–30 kg and stand for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory systems.
• Familiarity with using barcode scanners or warehouse management software (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
• Experience with ERP or inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, email, etc.).
