Quality Assurance Associate
Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products, services, and processes meet established quality standards before reaching customers. This role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement in all quality-related activities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of products, processes, and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Identify, document, and report quality issues, and assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Review production and process documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the QA team in maintaining regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, GMP, FDA, or industry-specific standards).
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results, testing, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, R&D, and operations to resolve quality issues.
  • Participate in internal audits and support external audits or client inspections.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in quality assurance, quality control, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of QA principles, inspection methods, and documentation processes.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, GMP, or other industry-specific standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with QA software/tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Certification in Quality Assurance or Quality Control (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ, ISO Lead Auditor).
  • Experience with data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), or quality metrics.
  • Background in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or food processing.
  • Knowledge of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and risk management frameworks.
