Link Technical Talent is seeking a talented and self-driven Software Developer to join our growing remote engineering team. The ideal candidate has strong programming skills, a passion for clean and efficient code, and a track record of building scalable, high-quality applications.

As part of our remote team, you’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to design, build, test, and maintain innovative software solutions that meet user needs and align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high software quality.

  • Use version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines to streamline workflows.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing long-term, sustainable fixes.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • 2–7+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, Go, or Ruby.

  • Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and/or back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, .NET).

  • Familiarity with REST APIs, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Strong understanding of version control (Git).

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.

  • Understanding of security best practices in software development.

  • Contributions to open-source projects or a public GitHub portfolio.
