Link Technical Talent is seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our remote engineering team. The ideal candidate has strong programming skills, experience building scalable applications, and a passion for creating high-quality software solutions.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop innovative applications that deliver real business value.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Work with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Continuously improve development processes and adopt new technologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more languages:
    JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, Go, or Ruby.
  • Experience with modern frameworks:
    • Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue
    • Backend: Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, or .NET
  • Experience with REST APIs and databases (SQL & NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Agile/Scrum development experience.
  • Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes.
  • DevOps tools and CI/CD exposure.
  • Understanding of application security best practices.
  • GitHub or open-source contributions.
