Your Mission
As VP of Growth, you'll own the full growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue expansion. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, with cross-functional leadership over marketing, sales ops, and growth engineering.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale multichannel acquisition strategies (SEO, SEM, paid social, lifecycle, affiliates)
- Partner with Product and Engineering to optimize conversion funnels
- Launch data-driven experiments to increase LTV and reduce CAC
- Define KPIs and lead weekly growth reviews with the executive team
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team (marketing, ops, analytics)
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand gen
- Proven leadership in a SaaS, tech, or B2B startup environment
- Deep understanding of metrics like CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, retention
- Strong hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, GA4, Segment, Amplitude, Webflow, etc.
- Experience managing paid budgets ($500k–$2M+/year)
