Position: Data Analytics Project Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote
Job Description: The PMO and Data Analytics Project Coordinator will support the DnA and PMO teams in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on project and operational project data. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven insights, and an interest in healthcare operations. This person will gain hands-on experience with enterprise data tools and processes, contributing to real-world projects that impact organizational decision-making. Compensation: $60,000-$68,000/year. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and summarize data from multiple sources (including Jira and Athena).
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards (manual and/or in Excel; Power BI experience a plus).
- Follow up with data owners to resolve missing or incomplete data.
- Update source systems with edits as needed, ensuring data integrity.
- Support the export and analysis of Jira data to generate actionable insights.
- Assist with ad hoc data requests
- Participate in meetings, document processes, and contribute to team discussions.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational data governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Healthcare Industry Experience
- Strong analytical orientation and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Ability to summarize and present data clearly
