About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Scientist with a strong analytical background and 3+ years of experience to join our growing data team. You will work cross-functionally to develop data-driven insights and build models that power product decisions and improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Develop and validate predictive models using machine learning techniques.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data solutions.
• Design and implement experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to support decision-making.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Python or R, along with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow).
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong statistical knowledge and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Background in experimentation and causal inference.
• Familiarity with MLOps or productionizing machine learning models.
