Relevate Health is excited to announce the launch of its 2026 Summer Internship Program, an immersive and hands-on experience designed for students who are eager to gain real-world exposure in healthcare marketing, finance, data, technology, and business operations. This program provides interns with an opportunity to develop practical skills while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and high-performance environment.

The 8-week paid internship program will run from June 1, 2026 through July 24, 2026, and selected interns must be available to participate for the full duration of the program. Throughout the internship, participants will work on meaningful projects that directly contribute to the organization’s operations and decision-making processes.

Role Overview – Finance & FP&A Intern

The Finance & Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern will support the organization’s finance team in key areas including forecasting, financial reporting, budgeting, and operational analysis. The intern will also assist with various projects that support other finance functions and operational teams across the company.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with financial data, management reports, planning models, and operational insights. Interns will contribute to real business decisions by assisting with data analysis, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Projects

During the internship, the Finance & FP&A Intern will be involved in a variety of analytical and operational activities that support the organization’s financial planning and reporting processes.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Supporting ongoing financial processes related to profit and loss (P&L) analysis, revenue forecasting, and departmental budget tracking
• Assisting with project profitability analysis and monitoring sales performance to support financial and operational decision-making
• Performing data validation and reconciliation across reports and underlying financial systems to ensure data accuracy
• Supporting revenue contract setup and reporting accuracy checks in coordination with finance and operations teams
• Assisting in the preparation of management reports and presentation materials used in monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas, insights, and recommendations based on analysis performed
• Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required to support evolving business needs

These responsibilities will help interns gain a deeper understanding of how financial data supports strategic business decisions.

About the Finance & FP&A Department

The Finance & FP&A team plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s strategic and operational goals. The team works closely with leaders across departments to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve profitability, efficiency, and long-term performance.

Through detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, the team provides key information that helps executives make informed business decisions. The department also supports planning processes, monitors financial performance, and identifies opportunities for operational improvement.

How the Intern Will Support the Team

The Finance & FP&A Intern will be integrated into the team’s daily workflow and will gain exposure to real financial planning processes. The intern will assist with:

• Financial reporting and data analysis
• Forecasting and budgeting activities
• Financial reconciliations and reporting accuracy checks
• Revenue contract setup and tracking
• Management reporting preparation

The intern will work alongside experienced finance professionals and contribute to both recurring financial processes and project-based initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates interested in the internship must meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student (rising sophomore, junior, or senior preferred)
• Available to participate for the entire 8-week internship program
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment

Preferred Academic Background

Candidates pursuing degrees in the following fields are preferred:

• Finance
• Accounting
• Business Administration
• Economics or related business disciplines

Preferred Skills & Experience

While prior experience is not required, the following skills are beneficial:

• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of financial statements and core finance concepts through academic coursework
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with data and present insights clearly
