About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and a results-driven mindset to manage campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and oversee campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads) and offline channels.
- Manage content creation, branding initiatives, and storytelling to strengthen brand identity.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and monitor competitors to identify opportunities.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and external partners.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of marketing professionals (if applicable).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4–7 years) in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing (if applicable).
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
