We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing telehealth team. This is a remote position that offers flexibility while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across various clinical specialties, depending on your background.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable using digital health tools to manage patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care to patients via telehealth platforms.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions in accordance with evidence-based guidelines.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
- Prescribe medications and coordinate care plans as needed.
- Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, specialists, and case managers.
- Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the EHR system.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal telehealth regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure preferred).
- Board certification (FNP, AGNP, PMHNP, etc.) from an accredited body (AANP, ANCC).
- 2–7+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant specialty.
- Experience in telehealth or remote care delivery is a plus.
- Proficient in EHR systems and digital communication tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensure in multiple states or ability to obtain additional state licenses.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
- Prior experience in primary care, urgent care, behavioral health, women’s health, or chronic disease management.
