Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our remote care team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care through virtual consultations, working in collaboration with supervising physicians and healthcare teams. The ideal candidate has a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable using digital health platforms to manage care remotely.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Manage both acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based practices.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs and imaging when appropriate.
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations and collaborative agreements.
  • Educate patients on conditions, medications, preventive care, and treatment plans.
  • Document all patient interactions clearly and thoroughly in the EHR system.
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement and telehealth best practice initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Physician Assistant (PA) license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure preferred).
  • 2–7+ years of clinical experience as a practicing PA.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current NCCPA certification.
  • Experience providing care in primary care, urgent care, or specialty practice.
  • Prior experience with telehealth platforms or remote care delivery is preferred.
  • Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) and digital communication tools.
  • Strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensure in multiple U.S. states or ability to obtain additional state licenses.
  • Experience in behavioral health, chronic care, women’s health, or geriatrics.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant telehealth tools and remote care compliance standards.
