About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Pilot to operate and navigate aircraft in accordance with aviation regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of flight safety, efficiency, and passenger comfort while representing the company with professionalism. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, decision-making skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft safely and efficiently in compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections of aircraft to ensure airworthiness.
• Review weather conditions, flight plans, and safety protocols prior to departure.
• Monitor aircraft systems during flight, ensuring optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with air traffic control, crew members, and ground staff.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers and cargo throughout the flight.
• Respond to in-flight emergencies and make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
• Maintain accurate flight records, logs, and required documentation.
• Stay updated on aviation regulations, procedures, and technological advancements.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to maintain certifications and proficiency.

Requirements
