📌 About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, and positioning of our product(s). You will serve as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing, owning how our product is perceived in the market and how we drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies for product launches and feature rollouts.
• Craft compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for various buyer personas.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product strategy.
• Create and manage sales enablement tools — pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and FAQs.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen teams to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Analyze product performance and campaign effectiveness, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Partner with content and brand teams to ensure consistency across marketing channels.

✅ Qualifications

• 3–12 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Strong understanding of customer journey, segmentation, and buyer personas.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience launching products or features with measurable business impact.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, or Productboard.
