π Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Programmer Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing system solutions, writing code, and supporting applications throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business goals, and provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing systems.
π§ Responsibilities
- Analyze user and system requirements to design efficient software solutions
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications and databases
- Collaborate with business analysts and end users to define functional requirements
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
- Assist in system integration, data migration, and API development
- Support existing software by identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements
- Create technical documentation and user manuals as needed
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to software development best practices
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and propose integration where appropriate
β Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in software development or systems analysis
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with system integration and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Git)
