We are seeking an experienced and visionary Solution Architect to join our technology team and help shape the future of our organization’s systems and digital transformation initiatives. As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in analyzing business needs, designing robust technical architectures, and ensuring that software systems integrate seamlessly to solve complex organizational challenges. This position requires a strong understanding of both business processes and technical frameworks, making it ideal for someone who can think strategically while also providing hands-on technical guidance.

Solution Architects act as the bridge between leadership, development teams, and technical operations. You will be responsible for creating scalable and secure solutions that improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and support long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture Design & Development

• Design, modify, and implement scalable and efficient technical architectures tailored to organizational needs.
• Develop end-to-end solution blueprints that address business challenges and align with company goals.
• Ensure that architectural designs follow industry standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

2. System Testing & Integration

• Evaluate and integrate software systems to ensure they function cohesively within the existing technology framework.
• Oversee technical testing to identify system issues, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility problems.
• Work with development teams to ensure systems are deployed correctly and efficiently.

3. Team Leadership & Supervision

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and supervision to software development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, IT professionals, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track.
• Assist teams in understanding and implementing architectural guidelines and development standards.

4. Research & Innovation

• Continuously monitor emerging technologies, software frameworks, and industry trends.
• Recommend upgrades, strategic system changes, and innovative solutions to improve current infrastructure.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies for potential adoption to drive organizational growth.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Communicate clearly with leadership, project managers, and stakeholders regarding technical challenges and system limitations.
• Provide regular updates on product development, architecture progress, risks, timelines, and budgets.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements that guide development and implementation.

6. Impact Assessment & Decision Making

• Evaluate the business impact of technology choices, including performance, operational efficiency, and cost implications.
• Analyze risks associated with different architectural decisions and present alternatives to stakeholders.
• Ensure that all technical solutions support both current and future business scalability.

Requirements & Skills

Professional Experience

• Proven work experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Systems Architect, or similar technical leadership role.
• Previous experience in project management or leading technical teams is highly advantageous.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of coding languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar modern languages.
• Deep knowledge of software integration techniques and architectural frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of various operating systems like Linux, Windows Server, and macOS.
• Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.).

Education
