Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing teletherapy team. In this fully remote role, you will deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to a diverse client base across the United States. You’ll conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide virtual therapy to help clients achieve their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services through telepractice platforms.
- Monitor client progress, document sessions, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support communication development.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and organizational guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings (if applicable) and contribute to educational planning when working with school-aged clients.
- Educate patients and families on strategies for generalization and carryover of therapy goals at home.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active and unrestricted SLP license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure is a plus).
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
- 2–7+ years of experience as a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience delivering services via telepractice is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech/language developmental milestones, disorders, and therapeutic interventions.
- Comfortable using digital tools, EHR systems, and video conferencing platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience:
- School-based or pediatric experience.
- Bilingual or multilingual SLPs are highly encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with online therapy platforms (e.g., TheraPlatform, Zoom for Healthcare).
- Prior experience working with clients who have autism spectrum disorder, articulation/phonological disorders, language delays, or fluency disorders.
