Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should be skilled in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

This role is open to freshers who want to build their careers in digital marketing and experienced professionals looking to expand their expertise.


Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.

2. SEO & Content Marketing

  • Optimize website content for SEO and organic growth.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with content writers to create high-quality blog posts, landing pages, and website content.

3. Social Media Marketing

  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Develop and schedule engaging content.
  • Track and improve engagement, followers, and conversions.

4. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyze Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
  • Create reports on campaign performance, ROI, and conversion rates.
  • A/B test landing pages, ads, and email campaigns for optimization.

5. Marketing Automation & CRM Management

  • Utilize HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign for automation.
  • Manage lead nurturing workflows and customer segmentation.

Requirements

Experience Level

  • Fresher: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • Experienced (1-3+ years): Hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing preferred.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or SEMrush are a plus.

Salary & Benefits

  • Entry-Level (Fresher): $50,000–$65,000 per year
  • Experienced (1-3+ years): $65,000–$90,000 per year
  • Remote work flexibility, bonuses, career growth opportunities
