We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to design and optimize engaging email campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
1. Email Campaign Management
- Plan, design, and execute high-impact email campaigns targeting various customer segments.
- Craft compelling copy, subject lines, and calls to action (CTAs) to increase open and conversion rates.
- Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly email templates that adhere to brand guidelines.
2. Email List Segmentation & Automation
- Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement patterns.
- Build and manage automated email sequences (e.g., welcome flows, re-engagement, cart abandonment).
- Utilize email and CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor key performance metrics: open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and sending times.
- Optimize for deliverability and maintain a strong sender reputation.
4. Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email marketing regulations.
- Implement personalization and dynamic content to enhance user engagement and relevance.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the sales team to align email strategy with marketing and business goals.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
Requirements:
Experience Level:
- Fresher: Foundational knowledge of digital marketing and familiarity with email marketing tools.
- Experienced (1–3+ years): Hands-on experience with email campaign management, list segmentation, or marketing automation preferred.
Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Marketo, Constant Contact).
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for customizing email templates.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and tracking campaign performance.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to interpret campaign metrics.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required).
- Certifications in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Google Digital Garage) are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Entry-Level (Fresher): $45,000 – $60,000 per year
- Experienced (1–3+ years): $60,000 – $85,000 per year
