Job Summary
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, analyze, and improve mechanical systems and products. The ideal candidate will have experience in product design, manufacturing processes, thermal and structural analysis, and CAD software.
This role is open to freshers looking to start their engineering career and experienced professionals aiming for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Development
- Develop mechanical components, products, and systems based on technical requirements.
- Create 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
- Collaborate with teams to optimize designs for cost, efficiency, and manufacturability.
2. Analysis & Testing
- Conduct thermal, structural, and fluid dynamics analysis to ensure product reliability.
- Perform prototyping and simulations to validate designs.
- Identify design flaws and propose modifications for performance improvement.
3. Manufacturing & Production Support
- Work with manufacturing teams to improve production processes.
- Ensure products meet industry standards (ASME, ISO, ASTM).
- Implement quality control measures to minimize defects.
4. Project Management & Documentation
- Manage engineering projects from concept to production.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and compliance documentation.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
Experience Level
- Fresher: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Experienced (1-3+ years): Hands-on experience in design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, ANSYS).
- Strong knowledge of materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
- Experience in finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
- Familiarity with 3D printing, CNC machining, and automation technologies.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PE (Professional Engineer), Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus.
Salary & Benefits
- Entry-Level (Fresher): $65,000–$85,000 per year
- Experienced (1-3+ years): $85,000–$110,000 per year
