As part of our expansion, we’re looking for a passionate, driven Social Media Manager to help amplify our brand’s digital footprint and engage with our community in meaningful ways.
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and grow our social communications strategy. This role requires someone with both creativity and analytics skills, able to develop tailored content strategies across various platforms that boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales. The ideal candidate will be an expert in curating content, identifying emerging trends, and using data insights to optimize campaign performance. You’ll play a key role in making sure Jingo stays on the cutting edge of social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Strategy:
- Craft and manage compelling, on-brand content across multiple social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to align with broader brand goals.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build relationships with existing followers while expanding our audience base through strategic content and community management.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media in a timely and professional manner, building loyalty and trust.
- Analytics & Optimization:
- Analyze the performance of all social media efforts using data and analytics tools to adjust strategies for optimization.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success and continuously improve results.
- Trend Spotting & Innovation:
- Stay ahead of new and emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring Jingo’s presence remains relevant, engaging, and competitive.
- Identify new social media channels or opportunities to promote our brand to relevant audiences.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media campaigns with Jingo’s marketing, product, and overall brand strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members or interns, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

- Engagement Growth: Increase interaction with our existing audience by driving creative, high-quality social initiatives.
- Content Expansion: Fill gaps in marketing content to acquire new followers and deepen relationships with current ones.
- Trend Alignment: Keep Jingo’s brand at the forefront of emerging trends and social movements.
- Optimize ROI: Deliver on-target messaging consistently to improve the return on investment from our social media marketing efforts.
- Expand Channels: Explore and implement new social media channels that align with our marketing direction and broaden our reach.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a brand leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and best practices.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to write clear, compelling copy that aligns with brand tone.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms to track performance and inform strategy.
- A deep understanding of social media trends and the flexibility to adapt strategies accordingly.
Preferred:
- Experience leading and growing a brand’s social media presence with measurable results.
- A keen understanding of the eCommerce or retail industry and how social media drives online shopping behavior.
- Familiarity with social media ad campaigns and paid strategies.
- Experience with database query languages like SQL for data analysis.
- Significant experience with email clients and project management software.
